We had the incredible privilege of partnering with Google Creative Lab
to develop Google’s first Chromecast Application as part of an initiative to
inspire developers to get involved with the new platform.
Photowall is a Chrome Experiment that lets users share their
photos on the largest screen in the house, the television. Aimed at social gatherings, Photowalls can receive
content from anyone at an event, creating a collaborative animated collage of photos
that is then automatically converted into an awesome YouTube video.
In addition to the Chromecast application itself, the
campaign was accompanied by an Android app, an iOS app, a desktop site, a
mobile site, and heavy YouTube integration.
Photowall lets Chromecast users collaborate with images on the TV using phones and tablets.
